Terms of Service

These terms govern use of gestes, the internal business-development platform operated by Gribon & Company ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them.

1. Who may use gestes

gestes is for Gribon & Company team members and people we invite. Access is personal; keep your sign-in secure and tell us straight away if you think it has been misused. We may suspend or remove access at any time.

2. Acceptable use

• Use gestes only for legitimate business purposes of Gribon & Company and its brands.
• Follow applicable law, including data-protection and electronic-marketing rules (such as UK GDPR and PECR), and honour every opt-out.
• Review emails and letters before approving them; you are responsible for what you approve.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or to disrupt the service.

3. Connected accounts

If you connect a Google account, you authorise gestes to send the messages you approve and to read related threads to detect replies, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

4. AI-generated content

gestes uses AI to research companies and draft messages. Drafts can contain mistakes. Nothing is sent without human approval, and you should check facts before approving.

5. Ownership and confidentiality

gestes, its content and the data in it belong to Gribon & Company. Treat everything in gestes as confidential and do not copy or export it except for Gribon & Company business.

6. Availability and liability

We provide gestes "as is" and may change or interrupt it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
